By opting into this program, you agree that Earth Care will waive the insurance requirement for you while working on Earth Care jobs, in lieu of requiring third-party insurance. This only applies to work performed directly for Earth Care and does not extend to any other jobs or activities outside of Earth Care projects This is not to be confused with insurance  This waiver is optional and you can avoid paying the fee  by providing Earth Care with a copy of your existing third-party coverage.
